Nevzat KULABEROĞLU – Founding Director

Born in 1971 in Ardeşen, Nevzat Kulaberoğlu completed his undergraduate education at Boğaziçi University and then completed his master’s degree at Marmara University Institute of Science and Technology, Department of Physics Education. He also completed his doctorate at Marmara University Institute of Educational Sciences.

Kulaberoğlu started his career as a Physics and Science teacher in 1994. In his 28 years of professional life, he worked as a teacher, field leader, IB (International Baccalaureate) Coordinator, school administrator, and senior manager in different units and fields including IB-DP in different private schools. Kulaberoğlu simultaneously lectured at Boğaziçi University Faculty of Education. Attaching importance to implementing original and innovative projects in the education sector, Kulaberoğlu continued his career as High School Principal and Campus Coordinator at Darüşşafaka Educational Institutions in 2012. Between 2016-2021, he served as an Executive Board Member of Bahçeşehir Uğur Education Institutions and as General Manager of Uğur Schools.

Serving as the Founding General Manager of TED Üsküdar College, Kulaberoğlu has adopted the principle of realising original and innovative projects in education. As an experienced and idealistic education manager, he will continue to educate individuals who teach, change and enlighten the future with the centuries-old educational experience of the Turkish Education Association and shed light on the future at TED Üsküdar College.

With the most experienced, highly motivated and ambitious teachers in their field, more knowledgeable, more creative, happier, more tolerant, more respectful and more sensitive individuals will now be raised at TED Üsküdar College.
